About Me.
After spending my twenties working in publishing in Manhatttan, with a year off in Paris, I married and moved to Vermont, where I established a freelance writing and editing business. I wrote over twenty non-fiction books for Chelsea House Publishers in New York. I also developed a fiction writing class called Closet Writers Ink, and have been teaching writing workshops for a decade. After a few years of inspiring others, I decided it was time to follow my own advice.
I am a late-bloomer fiction writer, and love sharing this passion with others, both through my writing and through teaching.
I have the best agent in the world, Kimberley Cameron, who lives in San Francisco and Paris. I now have three mystery novels published by Poisoned Pen Press. My mainstream fiction novel, The Eloquence of Grief, will be published by Touchpoint Press in 2024.
